As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their business growth. You will participate in extensive training, including three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of field training, to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary for success. You will work closely with your team and receive ongoing support to ensure you meet your sales targets and maximize your earning potential. You will also have the opportunity to participate in recognition programs and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, celebrating your achievements and contributions to the company.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring you are supported in your role.
