Horizon3 AI is seeking a Partner MSP Renewal Manager to lead the renewals lifecycle for MSP-MSSP customers. This role involves engaging stakeholders and resolving contract requirements. Experience in customer success or account management is essential.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity industry. Your ability to engage with key stakeholders and navigate complex contract requirements sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively resolve potential roadblocks in the renewals process. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable using technology to manage relationships and workflows.
Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) is a plus. Familiarity with cybersecurity products and services will help you understand customer needs better. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to delivering exceptional service to clients.
In this role, you will own and drive the renewals lifecycle from initial outreach to closing the renewal transaction. You will engage with MSP-MSSP customers to understand their contract requirements and ensure a smooth renewal process. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential roadblocks and collaborating with internal teams to resolve them effectively. You will also track renewal metrics and report on progress to ensure targets are met. Building strong relationships with customers will be key to your success, as you will need to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
