Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in selling SaaS products to enterprise accounts. With a consultative sales approach, you excel at understanding customer needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs. You are a dynamic sales champion who embraces technology and thrives in a high-performance sales culture. Your experience includes managing a pipeline of opportunities and delivering results against sales targets. You are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across various levels within large organizations, particularly those with revenues exceeding $500 million. You understand the importance of building relationships and going wide within accounts to maximize opportunities.
Desirable
Experience in a customer-centric organization is a plus, as is familiarity with PagerDuty's operations cloud story. You may also have a background in technology sales, which helps you captivate a tech-savvy audience. A proven knack for driving sales growth and achieving targets will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to a Regional Sales Director and be responsible for leading and managing a pipeline of opportunities within existing accounts. You will focus on approximately 12-20 target accounts that fit the ideal customer profile model. Your primary goal will be to deliver results against sales targets while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and drive user adoption of PagerDuty's products. Your consultative approach will help you identify opportunities for growth within your accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales expectations.
