Carvana is seeking an Automotive Rim Repair Technician to repair deep wheel damage and utilize state-of-the-art tools in their high-tech Inspection Centers. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company in the automotive retail space. As an Automotive Rim Repair Technician, you are skilled in repairing deep wheel damage and are familiar with using wheel repair machines. You take pride in your work and are committed to delivering exceptional results. You are a team player who is willing to work mandatory overtime when needed to meet customer demands. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.
Experience with painting and clear-coating wheels is a plus, as is familiarity with various automotive repair tools and techniques. You are open to learning and growing your skills through training programs offered by Carvana. You understand the importance of teamwork and are dedicated to contributing to a positive work environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for repairing deep wheel damage and ensuring that all repairs meet Carvana's high standards. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools and equipment in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing wheel damage, performing repairs, and applying paint and clear-coat finishes to wheels. You will work closely with other technicians and team members to ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery to customers. You will also participate in training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
Carvana provides a competitive wage ranging from $20 to $24 per hour, along with a $500 bonus for new hires.
