Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent practical experience, and you bring experience in digital sales, client management, and customer service. You are fluent in both English and Dutch, enabling you to effectively engage with clients in the region. Your familiarity with Google Ads and online advertising, along with a Google Digital Workshop certification or equivalent experience, sets you apart. You possess the ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy, influencing stakeholders internally and externally to deliver impact. You are driven to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in the Netherlands, consistently overachieving quotas to drive growth.

What you'll do

As a Customer Growth Associate, you will act like an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. You will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals. You will work closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, advising clients on how to maximize their return on Google Ads investments. You will own a portfolio of small businesses, thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks, and building quarterly plans for achievement. Your role will involve driving customer growth by delivering an outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
