You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create design deliverables and apply various research methods. This role requires expertise in experience design and strong collaboration skills.
You have a strong background in experience design, with a proven ability to creatively solve complex problems and deliver high-quality design solutions. Your experience includes collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and you are skilled in facilitating workshops and developing unique design strategies for products. You are adept at applying various research methods, such as context analysis and user tests, to inform your design decisions and present your findings clearly to clients and teammates. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to balance client expectations with those of your team effectively.
Experience with agile methodologies and a passion for continuous learning in the field of design will set you apart. Familiarity with design systems and journey mapping will enhance your contributions to the team.
In this role, you will actively participate in the delivery and design of technology projects that transform how clients work. You will collaborate with small, cross-functional teams to create a wide range of experience design deliverables, including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems. Your role will involve facilitating workshops and making strategic decisions at the portfolio level, ensuring that project scope, risks, and updates are regularly assessed and communicated. You will also extend your expertise to teammates by providing on-the-job training and support on all aspects of experience design.
