You possess a solid understanding of platforms, marketplaces, and SaaS infrastructure, particularly in relation to global onboarding and risk requirements. You are adept at engaging with users and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met while maintaining compliance and risk management standards. Your analytical skills are complemented by a strategic mindset, allowing you to foresee potential risks and develop proactive solutions. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

What you'll do

As a User Risk Strategist at Stripe, you will own the strategy, planning, and orchestration of large-scale initiatives aimed at strengthening user trust and minimizing risk. You will partner with teams across Risk, Product, Partnerships, Legal, Sales, and Data Science to design scalable solutions that enhance Stripe's controls and user experience. You will collaborate with internal teams and directly with executives and strategic customers to anticipate risk, reduce friction, and drive sustainable growth.
