Overview

Google is seeking a Product Manager for Ads Planning to guide products from conception to launch. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to improve media spend effectiveness on YouTube. This role requires 3 years of product management experience.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role. You have a proven track record of taking technical products from conception to launch, demonstrating your ability to connect the technical and business worlds. Your experience includes preparing and delivering technical presentations to leadership, showcasing your strong communication skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments, having worked closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders. A Master's degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred, along with experience in a business function such as marketing or consulting. You have a solid understanding of software development or engineering principles, which enhances your ability to manage technical products effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work collaboratively with various teams to guide products from conception to launch, focusing on improving media spend effectiveness on YouTube. You will analyze existing efforts and ensure successful launches, taking responsibility for key product launches. Your role will involve evaluating the effectiveness of current strategies and proposing new initiatives to enhance product performance. You will represent product direction and proposals in strategy papers to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. Your ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps will drive product development and innovation. You will also be responsible for collaborating with creative engineers, designers, and marketers to design and develop technologies that improve access to information. Your work will have a direct impact on how Google delivers value to its users through innovative advertising solutions.
