Waymo is seeking a Silicon DFT Architect to contribute to the design and optimization of high-performance custom silicon for autonomous vehicles. You'll work closely with ASIC partners and internal design teams to meet automotive test targets. This role requires expertise in DFT methodologies and hands-on experience in the field.
You have a strong background in Design for Test (DFT) methodologies, with experience in scripting, test insertion, and ATPG generation. Your hands-on experience allows you to effectively drive ASIC partners and internal design teams to meet automotive test targets. You are detail-oriented and have a passion for pushing the boundaries of performance, power, and latency in silicon design.

Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $238,000—$302,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
