Recruiting Scheduler (Fixed Term Contract)

Who you are

You are someone with incredible organizational skills and superb attention to detail. You thrive in environments where flexibility is key, able to shift tasks and priorities at a moment's notice. You are comfortable working with ambiguity and are constantly looking for ways to improve processes. Your ability to connect and interact with different types of people makes you an ideal candidate for this role. Project management experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling high-volume interviews for Stripe candidates globally, ensuring that the process is handled with speed and efficiency. You will work closely with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a great candidate experience throughout the interview process. Tracking candidate progress from initial contact through to offer acceptance will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also collaborate with other coordinators on cross-functional teams to streamline the interview process and enhance overall efficiency.
