Who you are

You are an organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of creating a welcoming candidate experience and have a passion for connecting with people. You are eager to learn and grow in the field of recruitment, bringing a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit to the team. You may have some experience in administrative roles or customer service, which has equipped you with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Desirable

Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software would be beneficial. You are comfortable using various communication tools and platforms to engage with candidates and team members.

What you'll do

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Brex, you will be responsible for managing the logistics of the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and interviewers. You will ensure that every candidate has a positive experience from the moment they apply until they receive feedback. You will assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidate information is up to date and accurate. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them find the best talent for their teams. You will also participate in initiatives to improve the recruiting process and contribute to building a diverse and inclusive workforce at Brex.
