Overview

Xometry is hiring an Account Executive II to manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers. You'll build relationships and guide clients through the sales process. This role requires strong sales skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in managing inbound leads and converting them into loyal customers. You understand the importance of building relationships and projecting company values of trust, service, and honesty. You are skilled at identifying strategic long-term clients and securing substantial and repeatable orders. Your ability to develop business with existing and new inbound customers sets you apart. You are proactive in creating and managing plans to reach specific sales objectives, profitable growth, and market share improvement.

You are comfortable assisting customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects. As the contact person for all new projects related to prototyping and low volume production, you ensure that customer requirements are collected and communicated effectively to internal departments. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy providing guidance to sales engineering teams to develop quotes based on specific customer needs.

Desirable

Experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field would be beneficial. Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management tools is a plus. You are adaptable and eager to grow within a dynamic organization, ready to take on new challenges as they arise.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. Building relationships with clients is crucial, and you will project the company's values of trust, service, and honesty throughout your interactions.
