Experience in HR technology or systems management is a plus, as is familiarity with project management methodologies. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with various levels of the People team to provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes. You will create project plans and ensure adherence to project schedules while maintaining a systems orientation. Your responsibilities will include serving as a subject matter expert in ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. You will support all human capital management systems upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.

You will work effectively with peers to set technology priorities and conduct long-term planning, ensuring that the People team is equipped with the tools and systems necessary to succeed. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to identify their needs and translating those into actionable plans that drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
