You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the public sector, and possess strong negotiation and leadership skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment, asking hard questions and providing honest feedback to your team. You are comfortable working with large, complex accounts and have experience in developing and closing a sales pipeline. You understand the importance of building relationships and trust with clients, ensuring that their needs are met while driving revenue growth. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate the competitive landscape and position Confluent's solutions effectively.
Experience in a value-driven sales model is a plus, as is familiarity with data streaming technologies. You are open to learning and adapting to new challenges, and you enjoy working in a team-oriented environment where diverse ideas are valued.
As an Account Executive at Confluent, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in our public sector accounts.
