Kaseya is seeking an Account Manager to focus on the expansion of existing accounts. You'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and strengthening client relationships. This role requires a results-driven mindset and strong account management skills.
You are an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager with a proven track record in account management and client relations. You thrive in identifying new growth opportunities within your portfolio and are skilled at strengthening relationships with existing clients. You understand the importance of driving revenue growth through strategic account management and are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of your customers. You have a strong ability to engage proactively with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Experience in the IT infrastructure and security management sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs). You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the evolving needs of your clients. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at building trust and rapport with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
In this role, you will focus on account expansion by proactively engaging with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive their success.
