What you'll do

As the Lead Customer Success Manager, you will oversee the Scaled Contract Management team, ensuring that all contract and billing inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will manage day-to-day operations, setting goals and performance metrics for your team while providing ongoing coaching and support. You will analyze customer and performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive innovation within the team. Your role will involve collaborating with other managers and executives to align strategies and enhance customer experiences. You will be responsible for developing and implementing playbooks that streamline processes and improve service delivery. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration and professional growth among team members. You will also be tasked with proactively identifying opportunities for operational enhancements and leading initiatives to implement these changes.
