What you'll do

As an Equipment Technician, you will work independently to provide both reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout your assigned territory, which includes Reston, VA, and surrounding areas. Your primary responsibility will be to repair commercial espresso machines, coffee brewing systems, coffee grinders, and water systems. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty by delivering professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety regulations. Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements will be crucial, which includes conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment, and completing accurate paperwork.
