Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, Carrier Partner Engineering

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners. Your background includes experience in system design or reading code, specifically in languages such as Java, C++, and Python. You have a strong understanding of data analysis and are proficient in SQL and MySQL, with at least 8 years of experience in these areas. Your experience extends to managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies. You are well-versed in operations management, focusing on process improvement and optimizing workflows, with a solid 8 years of experience in a partner or customer-facing role. Additionally, you have extensive experience working with Unix or Linux operating systems and commands, which is crucial for this role.

Desirable

Experience with Android, mobile infrastructure, carrier networking, connectivity, telephony, Embedded SIM (eSIM), Rich Communication Services (RCS), and related communication protocols would be a significant advantage. You are someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to translate partner needs into actionable product requirements.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will innovate and lead ecosystem-wide initiatives that drive business opportunities and optimize implementations and integrations to grow partner success. You will enable carriers to adopt Google/Android software and manage the technical aspects necessary to build vibrant, successful, long-term partnerships. Your role will involve defining, monitoring, analyzing, and presenting key performance metrics to measure the health and success of our partnerships. You will develop processes, tooling, and partnerships to scale key Android initiatives across the ecosystem, ensuring that our partners are equipped to leverage the full potential of Google’s offerings.
