Overview

PurposeMed is seeking a Team Lead for Patient Success to enhance patient care and support across their healthcare services. This remote position requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to improving access to healthcare for underserved communities.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in leading teams and driving patient success initiatives — your experience in healthcare or related fields has equipped you with the skills to manage diverse teams effectively. You understand the importance of patient-centered care and are passionate about improving access to healthcare for underserved communities. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and encourages team members to excel in their roles.

You possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to both team members and patients. You are empathetic and understand the unique challenges faced by patients in accessing healthcare services. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

You are data-driven and understand the metrics that matter in patient success — you can analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Your strategic thinking allows you to develop and implement initiatives that enhance patient experiences and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience in a healthcare setting or with patient success programs is a plus — familiarity with the challenges faced by patients in accessing care will help you lead your team effectively. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial as you oversee various initiatives within the organization.

What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Patient Success at PurposeMed, you will oversee the patient success team, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support. You will develop and implement strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction, working closely with other departments to create a seamless experience for patients. Your role will involve mentoring and coaching team members, helping them to grow in their roles and deliver exceptional service.

You will analyze patient feedback and data to identify areas for improvement — using this information to drive initiatives that enhance the patient experience. Collaborating with healthcare providers and partners, you will ensure that patients have access to the resources they need for their care.

You will also be responsible for reporting on patient success metrics to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
