Overview

Humaans is seeking a Business Development Representative to creatively engage new customers and enhance the sales process. This role requires a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Who you are

You are excited about identifying and implementing effective strategies to improve our outbound inside sales engine. You have a passion for sales and helping customers, and you thrive in a dynamic environment where your contributions can drive real impact. You enjoy creating and prioritizing a list of target accounts based on growth objectives, and you are skilled at identifying, attracting, and engaging with potential customers. You understand the importance of using technology to provide a better experience for employees throughout their lifecycle.

Desirable

Experience in a startup environment or a fast-paced sales role would be a plus. Familiarity with tools and platforms that enhance sales processes, such as CRM systems, is also desirable. You are a team player who values collaboration and communication, and you are eager to learn and grow within the company.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and introducing them to Humaans' innovative solutions for employee onboarding and management. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that align with our growth objectives.
