What you'll do

As a Senior Cloud Automation Engineer at NICE, you will design, implement, and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and AWS ECS — your contributions will ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure deployment. You will leverage AWS services to design and manage cloud infrastructure, focusing on high availability, security, and performance. Your role will involve utilizing Puppet for configuration management, automating software deployment, and orchestrating various services. You will write and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts for automation tasks, integrating different tools and services to streamline operations. Collaborating closely with DevOps team members based in the UK and India, you will participate in a follow-the-sun support escalation model for infrastructure issues, ensuring that challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently.
