Sr. Python Developer(AI/ML)

Who you are

You are a seasoned backend developer with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Python development, particularly in building high-throughput and resilient backend systems. You have a strong emphasis on developing scalable solutions and are passionate about leveraging AI and machine learning technologies to create innovative products. Your expertise includes designing and implementing backend services that integrate seamlessly with AI-driven applications, ensuring they meet industry standards for performance and security.

You possess a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and have experience in developing AI-powered models and tools. You are skilled in building and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, model deployment, and monitoring. You are familiar with prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies, and you continuously seek to improve AI workflow performance metrics.

You are a collaborative team player who contributes to the technical direction and architecture decisions of your projects. You understand the importance of compliance with data privacy and security regulations and ensure that all AI systems adhere to these standards. You are also comfortable working with non-technical users, developing customized AI tools and interfaces that empower them to leverage AI capabilities effectively.

Desirable
