Accela is seeking an Account Director to drive growth and manage key accounts in the Southeast territory. You'll develop and execute sales strategies while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
You are a strategic, results-oriented leader with a strong ownership mindset and at least 5 years of experience in sales management. You have a proven track record of driving growth and ensuring long-term viability in your assigned territory. You excel at managing the full sales cycle, from researching and developing new opportunities to maintaining and upselling within an existing customer base. You are adept at building relationships with key decision-makers and understand the importance of tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively partner with customers and prospects throughout the sales process. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a strong ability to coordinate efforts to achieve pipeline and revenue goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to develop strategic account plans that align with sales targets, ensuring consistent performance in achieving quarterly and annual quotas.
Experience in the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with software solutions. You are proactive in identifying business issues and opportunities, allowing you to create high-value proposals that deliver desired outcomes for clients.
