Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) or related fields is a plus. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from sale and implementation to activation for Varicent's product portfolio. You will engage with customers to drive product stickiness and retention, utilizing your deep product knowledge to provide tailored training and support. You will collaborate with sales and implementation teams to identify customer needs and develop strategies that enhance user experience. Your role will involve creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure customers are fully equipped to utilize the product effectively. You will also gather feedback from users to inform product improvements and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
