Varicent is seeking a Product Enablement & Training Specialist to drive customer engagement and product adoption. You'll leverage your deep product knowledge and coaching skills to ensure seamless transitions for clients. This role is remote and based in Mexico.
You have a strong background in product enablement and training, with a focus on driving customer engagement and adoption of SaaS solutions. Your experience includes working closely with clients to ensure they derive maximum value from products, and you possess exceptional coaching skills that help users navigate complex systems. You are knowledgeable about AI models and prompt engineering, which allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about helping organizations achieve revenue success through innovative solutions.
Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with various SaaS platforms and a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction through effective training and support will set you apart. You are adaptable and eager to learn, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes for both the company and its clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless transition from sale and implementation to activation for Varicent's product portfolio. You will engage with customers to drive product stickiness and retention, utilizing your deep product knowledge to provide tailored training and support.
