Risk Management Coordinatorの業務内容:

- 根本原因解析 (RCA) の実践および問題解決。
- テクノロジーと革新性を活かした、オペレーション業務の継続的な改善。
- 法務、テクニカル、プロダクトマネージメントチームとの効果的な共同作業。
- プロバイダーからAmazonに申請されるコンテンツの著作権および適正評価。
- 作業時間および生産性の最適化と、安定したサービスレベルの維持。

We envision wireless electronic reading experiences that embrace a physical book's simplicity and utility but takes advantage of our store and the Kindle's ubiquitous wireless connectivity. Our vision for Kindle is to have every book in every language available in 60 seconds or less.

The Amazon Kindle team is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator for our Kindle Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on highly visible projects and be part of history in the making!

The Risk Management Coordinator will:
- Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and expedient resolutions for critical issues
- Leverage technology and innovation to bring continuous improvement to the operational processes
- Work effectively in a cross-functional environment with legal, technical, and product management teams
- Evaluate copyright and appropriateness for content submitted to Amazon
- Effectively prioritize work time to ensure productivity and fulfill team standards for time spent in order to consistently achieve service levels
- Candidates must be willing to view and evaluate content that may be considered religiously sensitive, politically sensitive or otherwise offensive

- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- 8 hour work day to be during a 9am to 6pm time period
- 4 years experience with MS Excel
- A minimum of 2 years of process experience in publishing, customer service or similar production environment
- Strong trend and data analysis skills (using excel and similar software) with the ability to notice patterns in data for the purpose of driving decision making
- Experience in process improvement and troubleshooting
- Experience in creating and modifying operational metrics
- Strong project management skills
- Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to drive and document new processes and simplify existing processes
- Ability to drive root cause analysis and identify corrective actions- Possess accountability for optimizing the self-publishing process to achieve operational goals
- Exceptional level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience using SQL
- Comfortable handling a high volume of work on a daily basis
- Strong personal integrity
- Strong technical and analytical aptitude, including some knowledge of statistics
- Proficiency with Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to think creatively and possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in digital media and knowledge of the publishing industry is a plus
