What you'll do

You will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Engineering for the Platform Services Group, ensuring that your team is aligned with the broader engineering goals of the organization. You will be responsible for setting clear objectives for your team, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to help your engineers excel in their roles. Additionally, you will engage in hands-on technical work, guiding your team through system design and architecture discussions, and ensuring that best practices are followed in all aspects of development.
