Who you are

You have extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, particularly within logistics operations. Your background includes leading compliance initiatives and establishing Quality Management Systems that align with legislative requirements and industry standards. You are adept at crisis and incident management, ensuring that all processes meet the necessary food safety legislation and due diligence. You have a proven track record of developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems, which are crucial for maintaining compliance across multiple hubs.

You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to set up governance structures, build performance trackers, and drive KPI reporting effectively. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and training among hub teams, ensuring that everyone is equipped to uphold food safety standards. You are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to mitigate them.

Desirable

Experience in managing logistics operations across multiple regions, particularly in France and DACH, is highly desirable. Familiarity with BRCGS certification standards and experience in audit programs will set you apart. What you'll do

In your role as Manager Int'l Logistics FSQA, you will be responsible for ensuring that food safety and quality standards are upheld across HelloFresh's distribution network in France and DACH. You will lead the professionalization of compliance within over 20 hubs in DACH and an expanding network of 5+ hubs in France. Your mission will involve establishing, implementing, and maintaining robust Quality Management Systems that meet both legislative requirements and HelloFresh's internal standards.

You will act as the FSQA expert for logistics, ensuring compliance with food safety legislation at all times. This includes taking ownership of logistics FSQA performance by setting up governance structures, building trackers, and driving KPI reporting. You will lead crisis and incident management efforts, coordinating investigations and resolutions related to traceability, temperature control, and cold chain management.

Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing SOPs and HACCP systems, as well as training hub teams to ensure lasting compliance. You will validate and verify cold chain processes, following up on corrective and preventive actions to reduce the risk of non-conformance. Your role is critical in protecting customers and driving operational excellence within the organization.
