You have a solid background in Python development, with experience in building scalable applications that enhance user experience. Desirable

Experience with cloud services and familiarity with AI technologies would be a plus, as you will be involved in projects that leverage AI to improve document management processes. A background in working with document management systems or similar platforms can also be beneficial. You are comfortable with agile methodologies and have a keen interest in continuous improvement and innovation in software development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team to enhance PandaDoc's contract lifecycle management features. You will be responsible for writing clean, self-explanatory, and production-ready code that contributes to the overall stability and performance of the platform. You will engage in code reviews and contribute to the team's knowledge-sharing culture, ensuring that best practices are followed. You will also participate in brainstorming sessions to identify new features and improvements that can enhance the user experience. Your work will directly impact how customers create, store, and manage their documents, making their workflows more efficient.
