Groupon is seeking a Global Compensation Program Manager to lead and enhance their global compensation frameworks. This role involves designing scalable compensation programs and requires expertise in compensation management. You'll work closely with the Head of Compensation & Benefits to empower managers and employees alike.
You have a strong background in compensation management, with experience in designing and implementing compensation frameworks that are both scalable and transparent. Your expertise allows you to empower managers to make data-driven decisions while ensuring employees understand their rewards. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working with a globally distributed team. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex compensation concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
Experience in a global organization is a plus, as is familiarity with equity programs such as RSUs and PSUs. You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset, allowing you to contribute to the overall compensation strategy effectively. You are also adept at using data analytics to inform your decisions and improve compensation processes.
In this role, you will lead the advancement of Groupon's global compensation frameworks, focusing on base pay, annual bonuses, recognition, and equity programs. You will collaborate with the Head of Compensation & Benefits to design high-impact compensation programs that meet the needs of the organization and its employees. Your responsibilities will include analyzing compensation data, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with compensation regulations. You will also work closely with HR and management to provide guidance on compensation-related matters, helping to foster a culture of transparency and fairness in employee rewards.
You will manage a Compensation Analyst, providing mentorship and support as they assist in the execution of compensation programs. Your role will involve regular communication with various departments to ensure alignment on compensation strategies and to address any concerns that may arise. You will also be responsible for developing training materials and resources to help managers understand and implement compensation programs effectively.
