Overview

Contentful is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to support North American Strategic Accounts. You'll guide enterprise customers through digital transformation and maximize their investment in Contentful. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise environments. You understand the complexities of digital transformation and can effectively communicate value to stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is paramount — you thrive on being a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You are skilled in developing strategic success plans that align with customer business goals and KPIs. You have experience leading business reviews and can articulate outcomes and opportunities for growth. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement and drive adoption of solutions effectively.

You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with sales, engineering, and marketing teams. Your communication skills enable you to navigate complex discussions and ensure alignment across various departments. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and addressing them promptly.

Desirable

Experience with Contentful or similar digital experience platforms is a plus. Familiarity with metrics and KPIs related to customer success will help you excel in this role. A background in technology or digital marketing can also be beneficial as you guide customers through their digital journeys.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a portfolio of multinational enterprise customers. You will develop and execute strategic success plans that align with their digital roadmaps and business objectives. Leading quarterly and executive business reviews will be a key responsibility, where you will communicate outcomes and surface new opportunities for expansion.

You will guide customers through the ongoing adoption of Contentful, ensuring they realize measurable impact across various performance metrics. Your role will involve identifying and removing barriers to adoption, enabling customers to maximize their investment in the platform.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, solution engineering, and marketing, to ensure that customer goals are met. Your insights will help shape the customer experience and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
