Unity is seeking a Sales Manager to lead Industry sales across the AMER region. You'll manage an Enterprise sales team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong experience in SaaS and platform sales.
You have a strong background in sales management, particularly in the SaaS and platform sectors, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Your strategic thinking and deep industry expertise enable you to navigate complex sales environments effectively. You are passionate about driving growth and have experience in managing enterprise-level sales processes. You excel in building relationships with customer executives and decision-makers, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional value to clients.
You possess excellent leadership skills, having successfully led teams of senior sales executives in previous roles. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and are adept at working with various internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and compliance, to structure deals that maximize revenue. Your ability to provide market insights and feedback to go-to-market teams helps shape product offerings and enhance market presence.
In this role, you will implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Unity’s Industry sales growth across the AMER region. You will lead a team of 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, guiding them in forecasting and meeting go-to-market business commitments. Your leadership will be crucial in building strong relationships with customer executives, enhancing deal sizes, and maximizing value exchange.
You will support your Enterprise sales team in customer-facing meetings, acting as a trusted advisor and helping to navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes. Your insights will be invaluable in providing feedback from the market to help shape Unity’s offerings and roadmap. You will also play a critical role in ensuring that your team is aligned with Unity’s strategic goals and objectives, driving successful outcomes for both Unity and its customers.
Unity offers a competitive salary range of $115,500—$173,300 USD, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization.
