You have at least 7 years of direct people management experience, which includes handling performance management and proactively coaching and mentoring individuals. Your background includes experience in payments, risk, compliance, or financial industry operations, giving you a strong foundation to lead a team effectively. You possess the skill and credibility to perform the core work of a user-facing team with a high bar for quality, and you are willing to lead by example in high-pressure situations. You are adept at making strategic decisions while also being hands-on in your approach to operations.
As the Fraud Operations Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for leading the Fraud Operations Center in Bengaluru. You will manage leaders and senior operators who are tasked with conducting core fraud investigations and handling complex, high-impact cases.
