What you'll do

As a Graduate Engineering Manager at Amazon, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of cross-functional projects that are critical to our supply chain operations. You will collaborate with various teams to set priorities and establish milestones, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time. Your role will involve actively participating in engineering reviews, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for our systems and components. You will oversee the execution of systems and automated equipment designs, ensuring that installations meet throughput and safety qualifications while optimizing processes for efficiency.

You will conduct effective meetings, documenting discussions, decisions, and action items to keep all stakeholders informed. Providing timely project status updates, risk analyses, and mitigation plans to leadership will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will articulate system and equipment designs clearly, including technical specifications and capabilities, to both internal and external partners. Managing change order controls, purchase orders, and invoice approvals will also fall under your purview, requiring strong organizational skills.

In addition, you will identify and spearhead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your ability to build strong working relationships across multiple projects and stakeholders will be essential in driving successful outcomes.
