Overview

Databricks is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month contract to manage interview scheduling and logistics. You'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and utilize tools like Greenhouse and GoodTime. This role requires at least 6 months of recruiting or campus coordination experience.

Who you are

You have at least 6 months of experience in recruiting or campus coordination — you've successfully navigated internal relationships to achieve positive outcomes and understand the importance of providing a great candidate experience. You possess a working knowledge of data application for decision-making, which helps you streamline processes and improve efficiency. Your ability to manage projects end-to-end ensures that you can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Desirable

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Greenhouse, is a plus — you understand how to maintain data accuracy and ensure that all information is up-to-date. Familiarity with scheduling automation platforms like GoodTime will help you excel in this role, as you will coordinate phone and virtual interviews across the Asia-Pacific region, primarily in India.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team, managing all aspects of interview scheduling and related logistics. You will work closely with hiring teams to help candidates navigate the interview process, ensuring they have an exemplary experience. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our Applicant Tracking System and Scheduling Automation Platform, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in our recruiting processes. You will partner with various teams, including TA Partners, Sourcers, and the Candidate Experience Team, to prioritize and fulfill hiring needs effectively.

You will also help implement and update recruiting processes by identifying opportunities for efficiencies — your insights will be valuable in refining our processes and improving our delivery. Onboarding new team members with TA leadership will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to establish relationships with candidates, hiring teams, and the greater TA organization. This collaborative environment will enable you to initiate impactful projects that enhance our recruiting efforts.
