You have 3+ years of experience in operations management, ideally within a marketplace or similar environment — you understand the intricacies of balancing supply and demand while driving profitability. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to interpret financial metrics and marketplace health data to inform strategic decisions. You excel in collaboration, working closely with product and operations teams to forecast performance and define success metrics. Building relationships with regional stakeholders comes naturally to you, as you align on investment strategies and operational priorities. You thrive in complex environments, where you can blend algorithms with human ingenuity to create simplicity from complexity.
Experience in the ridesharing or transportation industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with pricing strategies and incentive programs. A background in data analysis tools and methodologies will help you excel in this role, enabling you to drive sustainable growth across the region.
