Celigo is hiring a Business Systems Manager to lead the optimization of their Salesforce ecosystem and other critical platforms. You'll provide technical leadership and collaborate with various teams to drive innovation and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce and experience in managing teams.
You have a strong background in business systems management with a focus on Salesforce, having spent several years leading teams and optimizing business processes. Your technical expertise allows you to provide mentorship to Salesforce Developers and Administrators, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure. You understand the importance of aligning technical solutions with broader business goals, and you have a proven track record of driving cross-functional integration.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business units, admins, developers, and stakeholders to define and execute a roadmap that enhances operational efficiency.
