Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, and offers advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices including Kindle and Fire TV, and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform. We are looking for a highly motivated Campaign Operations Specialist who has strong project management skills, is effective at working across cross-functional workflows and is passionate about driving efficiencies that support our advertisers through seamless campaign launches.
NOTE: This is a fully remote, seasonal role with a 6 month contract.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the accurate set-up of complex advertising campaigns in partnership with Campaign & Creative Managers, Sales, Account Management, and Quality Assurance teams.
- Communicate status of campaign creation to key global partners.
- Triage campaigns daily across multiple team members, ensuring proper bandwidth allocation.
- Manage platform queue success ensuring campaigns are within SLA and accurate.
- Manage the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.
- Complete the billing and reconciliation lifecycle of each campaign.- 1+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years working in digital, online or advertising like environment
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding organizational, prioritization, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills- Educational background or similar experience in Advertising or related field
- Experience working cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment
