Gympass is seeking a User Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth for Wellhub subscribers in the US and Canada. You'll analyze data and develop personalized communications while collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in marketing operations.
You have a strong background in marketing with at least 3-5 years of experience focused on user growth and engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into data, identifying trends and insights that drive effective marketing strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success. You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where your creativity and passion for wellness can shine. You understand the importance of brand consistency and are adept at tailoring messages to resonate with diverse audiences. You are comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration.
Experience in the wellness or fitness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms. Knowledge of customer segmentation and personalized marketing strategies will set you apart. You are proactive in seeking operational efficiencies and have a knack for identifying best practices that can be implemented globally.
As the User Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and retention for Wellhub. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams, you will develop content that helps users find their ideal Wellhub plan, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to engagement. You will also partner with global marketing teams to maintain brand consistency and share insights that can enhance marketing efforts across regions. Your role will involve setting measurable goals and tracking performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of your campaigns. You will be instrumental in identifying operational opportunities and defining best practices that can be shared across the organization. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of Wellhub subscribers, helping to shape a healthier world.
Gympass offers a competitive salary range of $91.16—$113 USD, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for an annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, as well as participation in our performance-based stock option program.
