Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the flow of non-inventoried goods, including MRO supplies and safety equipment. You'll work with Microsoft Office applications and manage inventory processes in Tampico.
You have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, which you have used to streamline operations and manage data effectively. You are flexible and willing to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure operational efficiency. You are at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to your professional development.
In this role, you will collaborate with your team to manage the flow of non-inventoried goods, ensuring that MRO supplies, corrugated materials, safety equipment, and tools are handled efficiently. You will operate the PIT Rider to unload and accurately store goods that are not in inventory, placing products in designated work areas. Your responsibilities will also include organizing packaging supplies and maintaining appropriate levels of shipping supplies, kanbans, and supermarkets. You will receive goods into the Coupa system, conduct research on missing non-inventory items, and assist with accounts payable inquiries while maintaining accurate shipping supply records.
