Amazon Global Logistics in China is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, product & program manager and carrier specialists actively participating in Amazon's international expansion goals. We are seeking some highly motivated individuals who are interested in improving the way products are bought, sold, and distributed on a global scale to join us in China.
Key job responsibilities
1. Following SOP and other requirement to validate data/information provided by customer.
2. Contacting with customer if the data/information is unclear/incorrect.
3. Key in the data/information in system. Make sure the data/information in system is correct and align with SOP/requirement.
4. Escalating issues and problems encountered in daily work.
5. Collaborating with origin and destination logistics teams and other service providers to solve shipment issues.
6. Act as 1st Tier support for Seller Service queries related to shipments.
7. Any Add-hoc task assigned by leaders.1. Good at MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook).
2. Good English written/oral communication skills.
3. Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently.
4. Customer oriented mindset, have a sense of urgency in completing all departmental and personal goals.
5. Willing to take additional duties/tasks assigned by leadership as business related services and products continue to expand.
1. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel functions, Pivot Tables, BI ).
2. Involvement in campus projects, competitions, or volunteer work demonstrating teamwork and initiatives.
3. Proficiency in a second foreign language.
