You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the tech or advertising sectors. Your strong communication skills allow you to build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. You are proactive in identifying client needs and providing solutions that align with their goals. You understand the importance of brand safety and suitability in advertising and are passionate about helping clients navigate these complexities. You are comfortable working with data and can analyze metrics to provide strategic advice to clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Zefr, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation and integration of our products. You will assist clients with training, troubleshooting, and proactive follow-ups to ensure they are maximizing the value of our technology. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to field incoming requests and engage them in discussions about their advertising strategies. You will work closely with clients to help them meet their key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve their advertising objectives. You will also collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements. Your strategic insights will help clients understand how to leverage Zefr's solutions effectively, ultimately driving their success and satisfaction.
