Overview

Pinterest is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the future of use case adoption within their Personalized Experiences team. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Design to deliver impactful user experiences. This role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional partnership.

Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in driving user engagement and adoption strategies. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and have successfully partnered with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver user-centric products. Your strategic mindset allows you to set a clear product vision and influence stakeholders effectively.

You are adept at defining and launching new experiences that resonate with users, helping them discover and adopt new use cases. Your analytical skills enable you to leverage data to inform product decisions and measure success. You thrive in environments where innovation is encouraged, and you are passionate about creating products that enhance user experiences.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly in consumer-facing products, is a plus. Familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing will help you craft holistic experiences that meet user needs. A background in data analysis or experience working with data science teams will be beneficial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Pinterest, you will define, design, and launch new experiences that help users expand their interests on the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, research, and data science, to create impactful products that drive user engagement. Your role will involve setting the product vision and influencing the direction of the Personalized Experiences team.
