Overview

Flex is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead to support the growth and performance of key enterprise partnerships. You'll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in partnership development.

Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership development and management, ideally with experience in the FinTech sector. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at building relationships with key stakeholders. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize partnership performance. You are organized and proactive, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all partnerships run smoothly. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate strategies and insights effectively to both internal teams and external partners. You are adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Desirable

Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with analytics tools and partnership management software. A background in strategy consulting or business development can also be beneficial. You are comfortable working with data and have a knack for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Partnerships Lead at Flex, you will be responsible for developing and launching new partnerships that align with the company's mission to enhance the rent payment experience. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to identify potential partners and negotiate agreements that benefit both parties. Your role will involve monitoring the performance of existing partnerships, analyzing data to assess impact, and making recommendations for improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure that partnerships are integrated effectively into the company's offerings. You will also be tasked with reporting on partnership performance to senior leadership, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
