Job Description

Amazon's RISC Operations work to make Amazon the most trusted shopping destination through flawless product compliance services that relentlessly protect Customers and empower Selling Partners. We build a compliance powerhouse by leveraging technology as a force multiplier, building a total quality culture and developing people to deliver world-class operational excellence. We are looking for a Senior Process Expert with a passion for people, process and technology to lead initiatives that will improve selling partner experience and operation efficiency.


Key job responsibilities
• Manage China and Japan product compliance operation teams and processes to ensure effective workflow.
• Implement best-in-class processes and practices for maintaining and exceeding productivity, quality, and service level agreements.
• Actively and continuously improve workflow and resource management to ensure effective use of resources and adherence to service level agreements.
• Develop resource and hiring plans to ensure we acquire the right number of qualified personnel who can onboard in a timely manner.
• Provide focused feedback loops for teams based on performance and quality data. Develop and reward strong performers.
• Analyze key business levers to identify trends and proactively take action to improve efficiency and quality.
• Work with tech teams to articulate and prioritize feature needs for systems and tools.
• Recruit top-quality employees. Develop employees and their skill sets to expand team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future Amazon leaders.
• Lead or participate in local and global projects.• 8 years+ work experience. 5 years' experience in technical support/operations/project management, ability to thrive within a fast-paced metrics driven environment
• Minimum 3 years' experience in people management and complex metrics management
• Strong tactical level operator; comfortable with data analysis and detailed investigation; able to coordinate workload
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills• Project Management experience
• Six Sigma/Kaizen certificate
• Japanese written and verbal communication skills
