Nextiva is hiring an HR Coordinator to support HR operations for their Global Capability Center in Bangalore. You'll manage onboarding, compliance, and employee experience for a workforce of over 300 employees. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach.

As an HR Coordinator at Nextiva, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function for our rapidly growing Global Capability Center in Bangalore. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that all documentation is completed accurately and timely. You will gather feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and suggest improvements to enhance the process. Additionally, you will support or coordinate various HR programs, awareness campaigns, and training sessions to foster a positive workplace culture. Maintaining accurate employee records in our HRIS will be a key responsibility, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. You will also assist in organizing employee engagement activities and contribute to initiatives that promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
