Amazon is seeking a Prime Video Distribution Operations Coordinator to support the Distribution Operations team. You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely delivery of content. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

In this role, you will develop and maintain day-to-day schedules for the Prime Video Distribution Operations team, prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding. You will work closely with the Head of Prime Video Distribution Operations to manage all administrative support functions, including meeting preparation and team event coordination. You will plan and maintain an annual calendar of events and schedules, ensuring that all key deliverables are tracked and completed on time. Your responsibilities will include maintaining organization charts and tracking title schedules and key dates for delivery, ensuring timely updates to all stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in supporting the team and ensuring that content is ready for launch across all platforms.
