Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Painter to join their team in Framingham, MA. You'll be responsible for professional automotive painting, including blending and paint correcting vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive painting.
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience, showcasing your expertise in various painting techniques including base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats. Your skills in blending adjacent panels and paint correcting vehicles are well-honed, allowing you to deliver high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to work mandatory overtime to meet business needs. Your attention to detail ensures that every vehicle you work on meets Carvana's high standards of quality.
Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with high-tech inspection processes. You are open to continuous learning and improvement, eager to participate in training programs that enhance your skills and career progression within the company. A valid driver’s license and the ability to communicate effectively in English are essential for this role.
As an Experienced Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, applying paint using various techniques, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all vehicles are painted efficiently and to the highest quality. Your role will involve blending adjacent panels to create a seamless finish and correcting any paint imperfections to ensure customer satisfaction.
