Staff Software Engineer, PDEIO Agents

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Your background includes 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, as well as 5 years of full-stack development experience, working with back-end technologies such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++, and front-end technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. You possess 3 years of experience in software design and architecture, and you are familiar with data structures and algorithms. Additionally, you have experience leading Machine Learning design or implementing ML-powered features or products.

You are skilled in building developer tools, such as compilers and automated release systems, and you have experience using data science or statistical methods to derive insights and solve complex problems. Your experience with open source projects and ecosystems adds to your diverse skill set, making you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing next-generation technologies that change how billions of users connect and interact with information. You will evaluate Artificial Intelligence models by designing and utilizing custom evaluation sets focused on quality, coherence, and safety assessment. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects that require input from multiple stakeholders, ensuring that the software products you develop meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

You will work on data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze data for model evaluation and metric tracking. Your expertise in full-stack development will allow you to contribute to both back-end and front-end components of the software, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. You will also be involved in mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their careers.
