Prenuvo is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their UK-based clinical team. You'll conduct holistic patient assessments and support GP-led activities in a proactive healthcare environment. You are an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) with a strong background in clinical practice and a commitment to proactive healthcare. You have a deep understanding of UK healthcare standards and are passionate about providing evidence-based, compassionate care to patients. Your advanced clinical expertise allows you to conduct thorough patient assessments, including clinical history, physical exams, and diagnostic reviews. You thrive in a hands-on role and are eager to support GP-led activities within an integrated care pathway. You are dedicated to continuous improvement and ensuring exceptional patient care at every step of the journey.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting patient journeys from initial clinical assessment to follow-up. You will conduct holistic patient assessments, ensuring that care is tailored to individual needs and is evidence-based.
