Benchling is seeking a Solution Consultant to lead customer solutions in biotechnology. You'll work closely with sales and technical teams to develop optimal solutions using enterprise SaaS technologies. This role requires experience in Life Sciences R&D processes.
You have a strong background in Life Sciences R&D processes and scientific concepts, with experience in enterprise SaaS solutions. You are adept at working with both internal and external leaders and stakeholders, establishing credibility and confidence from the first meeting. Your role as a trusted adviser allows you to translate complex requirements into effective solutions that drive value for customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with sales leadership, account executives, and product leaders to ensure the best solutions are presented. You are comfortable interfacing with complex IT environments, vendor solutions, lab instruments, and legacy applications. Your communication skills enable you to engage effectively with senior scientific and IT leaders.
Experience in pre-sales roles or similar positions is a plus, as is familiarity with cutting-edge technologies in the biotechnology sector. You are motivated by the mission to unlock the power of biotechnology and are eager to contribute to the development of breakthrough products.
